1. Click on a question listed under Forum.
   
2. To respond to the question, click Post Reply at the top or bottom of the yellow message field.
   
3. Enter your name.
4. Enter subject header.
5. Type your response in the white message field.
6. To post your response on the message board, click Submit at the bottom of the white message field.
   
7. To respond to additional questions, click on Home on the menu bar at the top of the web page.
8. Repeat steps until you have responded to all questions.

Responding to a specific participant comment:

1. Click Respond to this Comment in the upper right-hand corner of a participant’s comment.
   
2. Enter your name (required) and email address (optional).
3. Type your response on a new line below the existing text in the white message field.

5. click SUBMIT at the bottom of the white message field
